Have you ever wondered if gravity on Earth is really 9.8 like all Physics books say? Well, our students Marta, Andrea, David, and Jacobo didn't trust their book and their teacher so they decided to give it a try.

In October they hung a pendulum a measured the period (time it takes for just one oscillation) and the length of the string. After very complicated calculations that involved addition, subtraction, and even multiplication and division, they finally found that gravity was indeed 9.8 m/s!!!
